LEGAL OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist compliance and legal matters of tenants, mostly corporate structures, permits and compliance, legal services, and administration.
- Draft/revise legal documents, agreements, legal advice for various requirements.
- Communicate with tenant and external parties effectively for the scope of services and inquiries.
- Research on compliance and legal requirements, analyze and write advice/report to Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or equivalent.
- At Least 2 years work experience in business corporate or legal service is required for this position.
- Required skill : critical thinking, drafting & editing, problem solving, communication, and administration.
- Honest, good attitude, strong initiatives and willing to learn.
