Job Objective:

Administrative Tasks, Managing design safe box, Organizing design stationary stock, chain samples and materials, Organizing marketing display (sketches, sketch books, tools) in design dept, Inputting design attendance in to harisma", Filing original sketches

Preparing design spreadsheet for women’s, couture, omni, special project sketches and photoshoping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major (Multimedia/Design/Administration is prefered)
• 2+ years experience in Administrative Skills: Attention to details, accuracy, clerical, filling & multitasking
• Technology Skills:  Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop CS), internet, email, Scanning, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Supervisorial & Organizational Skills: supervising the work in the team and make sure the work done is good beforehand them to design admin manager
• Communication Skills: great team player, responsible, reliable, respectful & enthusiastic
