Job Summary
Business Relation Manager is responsible to drive targeted traffics to our retails shops in order for the retail shops to increase and generate more sales. To also work as directed by the Manager Retail from time to time.
Business development
- Continuously engage with potential new partners to add to our consignment network
- Actively continue on business relation with business partners in effort to have the business partners (travel agencies and hotels) to refer their guests and customer to our retail shops.
- Educate business partners team about John Hardy universe
- Work with business partner to utilize John Hardy workshop and showroom as a luxury destination place to their guest and customers.
- Work with business partner on possible event collaboration and laison with marketing team to ensure that the events aligned with branding strategy
- Maintain and grow database of business partners.
- KPI is based on the increase of foot traffic and sales increase from business partner initiative.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years retail experience in high end fashion or luxury goods or Hospitality/Tour & Travel field
- Passionate about fashion and jewelry
- Great networking in Bali Hospitality and Tourism Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Must be proactive and result driven
- Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must; Mandarin speaker is a plus
- Pleasant personality and good grooming
- Computer literate
- Overseas education/work experience is plus
- Willing to be placed in Mambal, Badung - Bali
