We are looking for HR Manager for one of our Company Group (Representative Office of US Based Company in Indonesia, a leading worldwide supplier for both fresh and frozen seafood). The candidate must have interpersonal skills able to work both independently and cooperatively, and to balance flexibility, meeting tight deadlines, accuracy, enterprices, and creativity with goodsound knowlegde of common sense with hundreds colleagues worldwide, the scopes to grow globalism and personaly is immense. This position is for Bali office.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or
Equivalent
2. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
3. At Least have 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Preferable Manager / Assistant Manager Specilized in Human Resources or Equivalent
5. Maximum 40 Years-Old
6. In-Depth Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR Best Practice
7. Knowledge in HR System & Database
8. People Oriented and Result Driven
9. Able to work independently, and yet in team
10. Competence to Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all level at the
company
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
Range Salary : IDR 7,500,000 - 12,500,000
