Sales mandarin is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve individual sales objectives and store sales and operational objective, such as promoting product attributes to the customer at the highest company standard, developing and enhancing personal skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment. . Customer Service and Sales Engage in up selling and multiple selling for all product types Ensure in providing consistently highest level of customer service in every transaction Develop and strengthen customer relations to the next level Responsible to manage individual client book Store Operations Be able to correctly operate the POS system, in all areas relating to sales transactions, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input Perform other duties as assigned by management Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products to management Properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines Completely understand and undertake the inter-store transfer of merchandise Understand the stock level/assortment of the store Understand and implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Requirement: Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and writing 1+ years retail experience (prefered in high end fashion or luxury goods) Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any major Passionate about fashion and jewelry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-driven environment Must be proactive and result driven Pleasant personality and good grooming Computer literate Willing to be located in South Kuta (Bali) ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── CV detailed & recent Photograph REQUIRED (mailto : hrsupport@johnhardy.com) (Only application with attachment detailed CV will be processed) https://www.facebook.com/hrd.johnhardybali (see the page to view the flyer)
