Bachelor Degree of English from reputable University (min GPA 3,0) 3. Min Experience 1 years as Secretary or Personal Assistant 4. Young, energetic, detail oriented, & dynamic 5. Positife attitude and pleasant appearance 6. Smart, having good initiative and good integrity, good communication skill 7. Able to work under pressure, self starter. 8. Excellent in English is a must (verbal and written) 9. Computer literate (Ms Office & Windows Application, Internet, Email, etc) Job Description: 1. General secretarial activites, and administrative support. 2. Responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance of Mall Manager 3. Responsible in creating memorandums, keeping schedules & taking minutes of meeting 4. Responsible in making travel arrangements. 5. Performs other related duties as assigned, & assist in the preparation of board papers, proposals and etc. 6. Coordinates office management activities. 7. To work together with other secretary to assist Mall Manager in their daily activities 8. To maintenance incoming and outgoing document as well as maintaining a good record of document.
