We are looking forward for the new Hype Team as an MARKETING MANAGER Responsibilities • Developing and implementing Marketing strategies aligned with overall business strategies. • Supporting business needs through marketing and engagement program. • Strong in negotiation. • Able to monitor and evaluate team performance progress. • Alongside the marketing team, produce valuable and engaging content (e.g. ads and posts) for our website, social media, and offline advertisements that attracts and convert target group. • Planning and allocate marketing budget. • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic performance. 2. Strong analytical skill 3. Proven working experience minimum 2 years as Marketing Manager. 4. Excellent communication and management skills 5. Good analytical and strategical thinking. 6.
