Individual Bali Hospitality is a leading villas rental and management company that is dedicated to providing our quest has a unique and wonderful experience. As we continue to grow and expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and promotions
- Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to maximize visibility and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
- Monitor website performance, analyze traffic and sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Bookng.com, Agoda, Airbnb , etc.
- Good communication (English) both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
